However, if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return an item, or you received an item that is damaged or defective, please refer to the information below and we can process your return or replacement order as quickly as possible.
All of the listed points below are at our final discretion. All returned items must meet this criteria:
- Item must be returned within __ days of receipt
- Sale items must be returned within __ days of receipt
- In new condition with no damage or cut wires
- Lamp shades must be wrapped in their original wrapping
- If product is damaged, has cut wires, or missing pieces, you will be charged __ amount.
